ABOUT
My Journey to Product Design
I am a third-year student @ Cornell University majoring in Information Science (UX concentration) and Art History, with a minor in Fine Art.
Growing up, I was always creating art as a way to understand myself and the world around me. Over time, I came to see art as both a tool for social impact and a lifelong creative process that deepens with experience. When I entered college, I began exploring how to create more immediate, tangible impact, which led me to discover product design.
I found UX to be a natural extension of my artistic practice. It perfectly blends creativity with real-world impact, using artistic sensibility, empathy, and design thinking to address immediate human needs and create tangible change.
Ultimately, I hope to leverage my artistic sensibility to create accessible and inclusive experiences that address complex problems and drive lasting, meaningful social impact.

OUTSIDE OF DESIGN
I love creating art & taking photography. I've:
01
Worked as contract photographer for 10+ campus events
Capturing people, stories, and energy through my lens
02
Co-curated an exhibition @ Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art
Bring the amazing Indonesian art from the museum collection into conversation with audiences
03
Created 20+ pieces of artwork in 2024
Growing my art practice by experimenting with different materials and new ideas
04
Develop my own B&W film in the darkroom
Learning to slow down and enjoy the hands-on, experimental side of photography
05
Studying modern art from all over the world
Finding endless inspiration in stories from the West, China, Indonesia, Africa, and the Middle East
